Job summary

Adobe seeks a seasoned professional to join its Connected Planning team, bridging program management, finance data, and solution design. You will partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, HR, IT, and business teams to turn complex challenges into scalable, AI-enabled planning solutions.

Responsibilities include designing and improving planning processes, performing advanced data analysis, and ensuring governance across data sources and model outputs while driving adoption with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management, financial analysis, data analysis, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial and workforce-planning processes; proficiency with Excel; experience with BI/analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform processes by applying AI across planning and governance.
• Design and improve planning processes for finance and workforce use cases.
• Analyze data to evaluate forecasting accuracy and automation efficiency.
• Test solutions to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
