Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and build teams to advance Firefly Foundry programs for enterprise.
• Lead end-to-end program management for GenAI initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Align cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Translate requirements into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across programs.
• Establish processes and operating rhythms for efficient execution.
• Communicate program status, decisions, and risks to leadership.
• Coordinate model integrations and customer onboarding.
• Drive initiatives to accelerate delivery and unlock new capabilities.
• Improve execution efficiency, collaboration, and visibility across teams.
