Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management with AI/ML shipping experience.
• Able to discuss model choices and architecture with engineers.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end GenAI features.
• Strong executive storytelling and risk communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Feature Roadmap End-to-End for GenAI features from concept to launch.
• Architect and ship AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG pipelines.
• Drive adoption from beta to default with go-to-market plans and pilots.
• Run governance and trade-offs within the feature team across workstreams.
• Partner with engineers on model selection, eval frameworks, MLOps, and orchestration.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executives with clear narratives.
• Codify reusable patterns and rollout playbooks for future GenAI features.
• Own outcome metrics and monitor post-launch performance.
