Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering software at scale.
• Ability to write and review code and participate in architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development.
• Drive architectural and technical design decisions with senior ICs.
• Uphold engineering standards through code reviews and release processes.
• Work AI-augmented and lead an AI-augmented team, applying sharp judgment about where AI helps.
• Recruit, coach, and develop tech leadership within the team.
