Job summary

DoiT is a global technology company helping cloud-driven organizations grow and innovate. The Engineering Manager - Analytics House is a hands-on, player-coach leader embedded with the team on the East Coast US, the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Israel.

You will write and review code, shape architecture, and drive delivery while mentoring engineers and growing leadership capabilities across the org.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 4+ years in engineering management roles with hands-on coding.
• Experience building cloud-based SaaS on AWS, GCP, or Azure and owning availability and cost.
• API-first mindset; products are accessible via APIs for humans and agents.
• Strong SQL/BigQuery skills and data-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning both delivery and development.
• Drive continuous improvement and growth through fast iterations.
• Develop engineers through regular 1:1s, growth plans, and feedback.
• Build the next layer of leadership: tech leads and staff engineers.
