doitintl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a global, multidisciplinary team delivering cloud financial operations for multicloud customers. The role combines hands-on coding, architecture, and people development, embedding with the team to steer delivery and growth on Azure-based platforms.

You will shape technical direction, champion AI-augmented workflows, and partner with Product to align roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in management with coding responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products on Azure (and ideally AWS/GCP).
• Strong FinOps background or familiarity with cloud financial operations.
• API-first product mindset for UI and programmatic access.
• Proven track record transforming engineering velocity, quality, or capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, owning delivery and people development.
• Write and review code, drive architecture, and ensure scalable, healthy systems.
• Partner with Product and Technical Owner to translate business goals into priorities.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver with agility while re-staffing as needed.
• Own end-to-end hiring and develop next-level tech leads.
• Model AI-augmented workflows to boost velocity without lowering standards.
• Communicate clearly across Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success.
