Job summary

DoiT is seeking an Engineering Manager for Analytics House as part of its global R&D team. You will be hands-on, coaching engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving architectural decisions while growing the team's impact.

You will own delivery commitments, hire and mentor leaders, and align engineering work with business goals. This remote role spans East Coast US, UK, Ireland, and beyond, offering a high-velocity, AI‑augmented environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• 4+ years in engineering management with active coding.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-based SaaS on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong API-first mindset and scalable system thinking.
• Deep expertise in databases, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and hiring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, owning delivery and personal development.
• Shape a continuous improvement culture with fast iterations.
• Manage performance reviews, growth plans, and candid feedback.
• Hire and coach leaders; raise the management bench.
• Drive architectural decisions and maintain engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM to align roadmap.
• Deliver high-quality software with AI-augmented workflows.
