Job summary

DoiT is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a remote-first team of engineers. You will be responsible for delivery, growth, and technical excellence, while coding and shaping architecture with a strong FinOps focus.

You will mentor through regular 1:1s, implement growth plans, and collaborate with product on scope and sequencing to accelerate cloud-driven SaaS delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of engineering experience with 4+ years in management and active coding.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products, especially on Azure, with FinOps background.
• Deep fluency in the team’s stack and strong opinions on high-performing engineering teams.
