Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years of object-oriented software development with C#, .NET Core, and React.js on the front end.
• Four (4) years of supervisory experience.
• Deep Azure cloud experience including API Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, REST services, and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Experience delivering microservices architecture at scale.
• Strong DevSecOps principles with security built into code, CI/CD, and cloud.
• Automated testing discipline and REST API design across data sources.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and LLM-based tooling.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative delivery.
• BPM experience with Camunda preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as the senior-most engineer, design components, write code, troubleshoot, review code, and own the team's technical roadmap.
• Build scalable, cloud-native solutions on Azure using microservices and the .NET stack.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted coding and set code review standards for security and maintainability.
• Own engineering practices for AI-backed features including PHI-safe prompts and logging.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Cloud, Security, and other teams to define integration strategies.
• Translate complex designs for non-technical stakeholders and align outcomes with priorities.
• Ensure development aligns with HIPAA, PHI/PII-safe engineering, and healthcare interoperability requirements.
• Implement secure design patterns, RBAC, data governance, encryption, and cloud controls; embed DevSecOps from start.
• Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, mentoring, and removing barriers.
