Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to build scalable full-stack solutions within healthcare platforms. You will develop React front-ends and C#/.NET back-end services, modernize legacy apps, and apply AI-powered tooling to improve velocity and quality.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure test coverage with NUnit, adhere to DevSecOps, and deliver secure, production-ready components while shaping the product with modern Azure-based cloud architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
10+ years of object-oriented software development with C#, .NET Core, Razor Pages.
Full-stack with React front ends and .NET back-end services.
Experience on Azure Cloud and REST services.
Hands-on AI-assisted engineering tools, LLM tooling, and automation.
NoSQL databases, notably Azure Cosmos DB; strong testing with NUnit.
DevSecOps mindset with secure CI/CD from concept to production.
Understanding of Azure Data Factory is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop across front ends and back-end services to deliver prioritized use cases.
Rewrite legacy applications using the Microsoft tech stack.
Apply AI-assisted engineering to raise velocity and quality.
Ensure automated unit, system, and regression testing with NUnit.
Review code and design with peers; uphold DevOps practices.
Work with product and stakeholders through requirements and delivery.
Create documentation of current state and historical processes.
