Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead architecture and delivery of production-grade solutions for healthcare systems. The role blends hands-on engineering with people leadership, mentoring engineers, and setting engineering standards to scale the organization.

You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Cloud, Security, and other teams to define integration strategies and blueprints, while driving secure, scalable, high-performing systems aligned with the PACE model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of object-oriented software development experience with C#, .NET Core, and React.js on the front end.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of technical solutions for healthcare systems.
• Act as the senior engineer for the team, designing components, writing high-quality code, troubleshooting complex issues, and performing code reviews.
