Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Enablement Solutions Specialist in New York to partner with Data Center Operations and cross-functional teams. You will design and implement tools, dashboards, and automation to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and scale operational efficiency.

You’ll translate operational needs into actionable requirements, develop SOPs and training materials, and measure adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, user guides, training materials, or other operational documentation.
• Experience translating operational needs into clear requirements, documented processes, or internal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and map day-to-day workflows with Data Center Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop and support internal tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Test solutions, gather feedback, and refine tools based on user needs.
• Create clear documentation and enablement materials for end users.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to drive adoption and ensure sustainable improvements.
