CoreWeave seeks an Enablement Solutions Specialist to streamline Data Center Operations by mapping workflows, building automation, and delivering user-ready tools. You will collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and engineering to reduce manual tasks and improve documentation.

Responsibilities include creating SOPs, training materials, and dashboards, plus guiding adoption across teams. A Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding operational workflows and identifying gaps.
• Translating needs into clear requirements and internal solutions.
• Creating and maintaining SOPs, guides, and enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Operations to map workflows and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Test, iterate, and refine tools based on user feedback.
• Document deployment, maintenance, and adoption resources.
