Job summary

Serval, an AI-native automation platform, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build and scale the sales enablement engine on the revenue path, helping AEs ramp faster and deliver compelling demos in enterprise cycles.

You'll translate complex AI capabilities into messaging, create onboarding and everboarding material, discovery guides, cheatsheets, and design an enablement system that grows with the team from 20 to 200 sellers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth B2B technology company, with sales enablement being a key component.
• Role leveled according to years of experience.
• Strong oral and written communication for various audiences, including technical content.
• Comfort using AI tools and building agentic systems to scale output.
• Willingness to travel domestically to train AEs at other offices.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the sales enablement program, including onboarding curriculum and certifications.
• Create high-impact content like one-pagers and cheatsheets and turn assets into reusable templates.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear messaging and customer-facing value propositions.
• Partner with Engineering and Sales leadership to prepare AEs for new capabilities and ensure quick enablement after releases.
• Identify friction points in the sales process and create assets to move deals forward.
• Analyze Gong calls to inform enablement updates and scale insights.
• Prototype and own an AI-powered enablement engine producing cheatsheets and training modules.
• Establish a modern enablement function with measurable output and automatic updates.
