Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to deliver value by deploying and utilizing the Engagement Platform. You will gather business requirements, manage data structures, and support data migration during implementation.

You will guide clients on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, and marketing automation, aligning roadmaps with client goals and ROI metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Customer facing experience in B2B/B2C as a vendor, agency, SaaS or consultancy.
• Ownership, self-organization and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Consulting mindset: challenge assumptions and act as trusted advisor.
• Curiosity and growth mindset; willingness to learn matters more than years on CV.
• Stakeholder and relationship management with customers and colleagues.
• English language business proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Become a SME on the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the DACH, Nordics, UK or Benelux regions.
• Support clients in bringing continuous improvement to their sites, shops or apps (audit pages, AB tests, changes to improve CX and conversion).
• Communicate with clients, teach them how to use the CDP platform, propose improvements for products and decision-making reports.
• Oversee implementation of a client’s applications, websites or online shops.
• Communicate regularly with clients through online channels and on-site visits.
• Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency for you and the customer.
