Job summary

BCBST is seeking a strategic leader to drive the AI-enabled software development strategy across enterprise portfolios. You will translate business needs into prioritized roadmaps, align engineering, product, and AI teams, and lead digital transformation.

You will manage a diverse team, define capabilities, workflows, and backlogs, and ensure delivery in a Scaled Agile environment using tools like Copilot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate setting.
• 4+ years in professional work experience; 6+ years leading consumer tools/technology.
• 4+ years in a leadership/management role.
• 2+ years in project/account management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, engineering practices, and AI-enabled development.
• Experience building or implementing agentic workflows.
• Hands-on with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios across products, apps, and teams.
• Knowledge of .NET, Java, Python; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with shared accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of AI-enabled software development strategy.
• Define and operationalize capabilities, workflows, tools for enterprise AI adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, dev teams, stakeholders, and AI teams.
• Understand SDLC practices and identify AI enablement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
• Measure value from AI-driven capabilities and oversee outcomes.
• Manage a diverse team driving digital transformation.
• Lead digital product managers in roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans.
• Develop future-state visions for digital solutions across products and campaigns.
• Provide SME on emerging digital strategy and tech advancements.
• Partner with Engineering in a Scaled Agile framework for continuous product enhancements.
• Communicate impact of digital transformation to stakeholders and drive delivery.
