Job summary

Mindtech Company seeks an experienced AI Product Manager, AI Strategy Lead, or Digital Transformation Consultant to bridge executive stakeholders, business objectives, and AI delivery teams.

You will lead AI roadmaps, evaluate initiatives, drive products from PoC to production, define ROI frameworks, partner with engineering for governance, and manage AI costs while exploring automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering AI products from experimentation to production with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product management, consulting, or transformation leadership experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to C-level executives.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and prioritize competing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI implementation costs, governance, and operational scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI roadmap prioritization and strategic planning workshops with senior leadership.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, ROI, complexity, and market differentiation.
• Drive AI products from proof-of-concept through production deployment and adoption.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and ROI frameworks for every AI initiative.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure governance, quality standards, and scalable AI delivery.
• Manage AI operational costs, including cloud consumption and LLM/token economics.
• Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, AI copilots, and decision-support solutions.
