Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a tech-forward Manager to lead AI-enabled product initiatives within the Tech Advisory & Delivery practice. You will design AI product roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive client value through practical, scalable technology solutions.

You’ll work with data platforms, analytical tools, and cloud architectures, applying GenAI capabilities to improve business outcomes while mentoring peers and shaping strategic engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field.
• Experience leading AI-powered product development and agile delivery in a consultant or tech role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization for finance, S&OP, and GTM processes.
• Lead agile product delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, and multi-team coordination.
• Mentor junior team members, ensure quality, and drive change management in client organizations.
