Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a manager to own AI-powered product development within the Tech and Digital Advantage/Platinion practice. You will define AI product visions, translate strategy into actionable plans, and lead agile delivery while guiding junior staff.

You will collaborate across Business & IT stakeholders, drive change, and apply GenAI capabilities to client solutions, with frequent travel to client sites and BCG offices.

Qualifications

Lead AI product development and define roadmaps
Translate business strategy into AI-enabled products and specs
Own agile product delivery including planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Lead agile delivery across teams with strong stakeholder engagement
