Job summary
BCG is seeking a manager to lead AI-powered product development within the Tech & Digital Advantage (TDA) Chapter. You’ll define AI product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization, translating client strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field.
- 5-8 years of practical experience in AI/Tech consulting, product management, or related tech delivery roles.
- Experience leading AI-powered product development and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define AI product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization for client engagements.
- Lead agile delivery, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Own module design, architecture, and data integration for AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate strategy into executable actions.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
