Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a senior AI product leader to design and deliver AI-enabled products across multiple domains. You will translate business strategy into AI concepts, own roadmaps, and partner with clients and internal teams to drive adoption.

You will lead agile delivery, mentor junior staff, and navigate complex stakeholder environments while traveling globally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, systems engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of practical experience in AI/tech consulting, product management, software development, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead AI-powered product initiatives and mentor teams.
