Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager, Reporting & Insights to accelerate the evolution of digital capabilities across R&D. This hands-on, business-embedded role will configure and enhance platforms, develop agents, improve decision making, and drive productivity in an on-site role in Fort Worth, TX or Johns Creek, GA.

You'll partner with stakeholders, translate needs into use cases, build dashboards and reports with Power BI, and lead delivery from design to adoption, ensuring value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand strategies, workflows, data, user needs, and pain points.
• Translate business needs into use cases, requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps.
• Develop and configure fit-for-purpose solutions within platforms and engage IT when needed.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for strategic decisions.
