Job summary

Alcon, the global leader in eye care, seeks a Senior Manager of Data Science based in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead a high-performing team focused on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and Generative AI, spanning Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

This onsite role partners with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact through responsible AI and governance. You will guide MLOps adoption, architect AI platforms, and drive data-driven decision making across enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Visa Sponsorship: Yes

Responsibilities

• Formulating and managing data-driven projects aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy to collect and transform data from multiple sources.
• Apply advanced statistical methods for actionable insights.
• Validate, test, and cross-validate models for accuracy and scalability.
• Lead and mentor Data Scientists and Analysts to deliver key initiatives.
• Communicate non-technical results clearly to stakeholders and translate analytics outcomes into business impact.
• Guide AI platform architecture, data pipelines, and governance practices.
• Support production deployment of AI/GenAI solutions on cloud platforms.
