Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Digital Solutions professional, Manager, Reporting & Insights, to accelerate digital capabilities across R&D. This hands-on role combines project leadership with analytics, automation, and AI to configure tools, develop agents, and improve decision making.

This on-site role is based in Johns Creek, GA or Fort Worth, TX, and involves delivering dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights to drive productivity and value realization across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
Fluent in reading/writing English and strong communication.
5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand strategies, workflows, and data needs.
Identify opportunities for digital solutions based on value, feasibility, risk, and reusability.
Translate needs into use cases, designs, requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps.
Configure and enhance platforms with reports, dashboards, and automation.
Lead delivery and drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
