WCL Group in Plano, Texas is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital customer experience initiatives. You’ll drive user research, discovery, design, development, testing, and launch, embedding AI and new technologies into workflows and features.

You’ll run Agile ceremonies, coordinate across design, engineering, marketing, and content teams, and report project health and impact to senior leaders. On-site role with a 12-month contract and potential extension.

Formación

• 3–5 years of dedicated project management experience in digital product, digital marketing, agency, or consumer technology environments.
• Proven track record running projects across the full design lifecycle: discovery, UX/UI, wireframing, build, validation, and release.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning concepts, LLMs, and generative AI productivity tools for automation and efficiency.
• Direct experience managing QA/UAT cycles, defect tracking, and release sign-offs for digital experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative analytics and customer sentiment to measure project impact and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence with experience presenting roadmaps and KPIs to C-suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end digital projects across research, discovery, journey mapping, wireframing, sprint development, and deployment.
• Champion AI/ML technologies and generative AI tools to drive automation and efficiency in workflows.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage milestones, risks, and dependencies across departments.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, digital marketing, content teams, engineering, and regional units on goals and timelines.
• Maintain project boards, documentation, sprint backlogs, and roadmaps in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate asset reviews to ensure brand and technical specs, and support UAT and defect triage.
• Track KPIs and customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
