Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Digital Project Manager in Plano, TX for a fully on-site contract role. You will lead end-to-end digital initiatives, integrate AI/ML into workflows, and manage cross-functional teams across UX/UI, marketing, content, and engineering.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital project management, strong Agile/Scrum experience, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence. Excellent communication to executives and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of dedicated project management experience in digital product/digital marketing.
Experience across the complete design lifecycle: discovery, UX/UI, wireframes, build, validation, release.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital initiatives from user research to deployment and ensure smooth customer journeys.
Champion AI/ML, LLMs, and tools to drive automation and efficiency in workflows.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage milestones, risks, and dependencies in a hybrid delivery model.
Collaborate with UX/UI, marketing, content, engineering, and regional teams to align goals and timelines.
Maintain Jira/Confluence boards, roadmaps, and sprint backlogs.
Coordinate creative assets with design teams to meet brand and technical specs using Photoshop.
