Job summary

Ektello in Plano, TX is seeking a Digital Experience Project Manager to lead full-lifecycle digital initiatives, coordinating user research, journey mapping, agile sprints, and deployment. You will bridge creative, technical, and executive stakeholders onsite.

You will manage Jira/Confluence backlogs, QA/UAT, and KPI-driven optimization, leveraging AI tools to automate workflows. Collaboration with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and content teams is required to deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

3-5 years of dedicated PM experience in digital product, digital marketing, agency, or consumer technology environments.
End-to-end design lifecycle experience across discovery, UX/UI, wireframing, build, validation, and release.
Hands-on experience with AI, ML concepts, LLMs, and generative AI tools for automation, workflow optimization, or feature deployment.
Direct experience managing QA/UAT cycles, defect tracking, and release sign-offs for digital experiences.
Data-driven with the ability to analyze quantitative analytics and customer feedback to measure impact and guide optimizations.
Exceptional communication skills to present roadmaps, business impacts, and project health to executives.
Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum and adapting workflows to hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end experience design and delivery across discovery, wireframes, sprint development and deployment.
Integrate AI/LLMs and productivity tools into workflows and features.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Collaborate with UX/UI, marketing, content, engineering, and regional units to align goals and timelines.
Maintain Jira/Confluence backlogs, boards, and roadmaps.
Coordinate design and asset review with Photoshop for branding and specs.
Define QA criteria, coordinate end-to-end UAT, triage defects, and validate journeys.
Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed optimizations.
