ReminderMedia is hiring a Design Engineer to shape the look and feel of our AI-native real estate platform. You’ll blend exceptional taste with AI-augmented design to ship end-to-end features, with a growth path toward ownership of major product areas.

This fully remote role is open to qualified candidates anywhere in the United States, with a compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 and comprehensive benefits. Your portfolio and AI fluency will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional design taste demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Fluency in modern web fundamentals: HTML and CSS at an expert level, JavaScript at a comfortable working level.
• Genuine daily use of AI tools for design and development (Claude, Replit, Cursor, Figma AI, or equivalent).
• Portfolio of shipped design work required. Live sites strongly preferred over mockups.
• A learning trajectory that surprises people and a pace of growth toward end-to-end ownership.
• Willingness to handle escalated client support tickets as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Design premium themes and visual systems for a multi-tenant platform.
• Improve admin, AI editor, onboarding flows, and public-facing sites.
• Collaborate with the platform team to ship design changes end-to-end using AI tooling.
• Handle escalated client tickets and convert them into design fixes.
• Grow toward end-to-end ownership of features and major product areas.
