Job summary

ReminderMedia in the United States is hiring a Design Engineer to shape our AI-native marketing platform. You’ll influence theme design, typography, and visual systems, with a path toward owning features end-to-end.

This fully remote role requires exceptional design taste, fluency with AI tools, and the ability to ship across a multi-tenant product. You’ll collaborate with the platform team and support tickets to improve the product for real estate clients.

Qualifications

• Exceptional design taste demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Deep fluency in modern web fundamentals: HTML and CSS at an expert level, JavaScript at a comfortable working level.
• Genuine daily use of AI tools for design and development (Claude, Replit, Cursor, Figma AI, or equivalent).
• Portfolio of shipped design work required. Live sites strongly preferred over mockups.
• A learning trajectory that surprises people.
• Willingness to handle escalated client support tickets as part of the role.
• Ownership mindset. When something is broken, unclear, or ugly, you fix it or flag it.
• Clear professional written communication in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: AL, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

Responsibilities

• Theme and Site Design responsibilities to define premium on our platform.
• Own the craft heart of the platform: typography, spacing, hierarchy, restraint, and details.
• Design and iterate visual systems for client sites with scalability.
• Improve experiences clients touch daily across admin, AI editor, onboarding, and public sites.
• Design for a multi-tenant platform with cross-client impact.
• Partner with the platform team to ship design changes end-to-end using AI tooling.
• Handle escalated client tickets and turn tickets into design fixes.
• Document AI-assisted work per AI Use Policy.
• Grow toward end-to-end ownership of features over time.
