Job summary

Inside Real Estate is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end interface design for core products. You will prototype, design components, and oversee quality as features ship, while shaping the evolving design system that guides both human and AI output.

This high-ownership, part-time contract role (~20 hours/week) offers the chance to influence patterns and standards from day one on a lean team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end craft and shipped work.
• Comfort with a design system on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience with modern design tooling and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive product design for the Inside Real Estate family of products, from concept to ship.
• Design within and extend the design system using the component library as truth.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on both BAU and zero-to-one initiatives.
• Review and refine AI-generated design output before handoff.
• Create AI-native experiences with thoughtful UI and progressive disclosure.
• Participate in customer listening and usability checks to feed design decisions.
• Help maintain design system documentation and flag gaps.
