Qualifications

• Exceptional design taste demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Deep fluency in modern web fundamentals: HTML and CSS; JavaScript proficiency.
• Daily use of AI tools for design and development (Claude, Replit, Cursor, Figma AI).
• Portfolio of shipped design work required; live sites preferred over mockups.
• Willingness to handle escalated client support tickets as part of the role.
• Ownership mindset; proactive in fixing issues and improving the product.

Responsibilities

• Design themes that define the platform's premium look and feel.
• Own typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual systems across client sites.
• Improve UX across admin, AI editor, onboarding, and public sites.
• Collaborate with platform team to ship design changes end-to-end with AI tooling.
• Grow toward end-to-end ownership of features and major product areas.
