• Build deep cross-platform expertise in Alkami's demo tooling across all product lines.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and leadership to surface gaps and goals for demo tooling.
• Design and maintain the next generation of demo tooling using AI-assisted development.
• Engage in active deals and address deep technical questions on APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
• Serve as a go-to technical resource for the SE org on tooling and configuration.
• Identify product limitations and feed insights into long-term platform strategy.
• Coach SEs on technical positioning and objection handling.
• Track impact on win rate and flag recurring gaps requiring investment.
• Champion AI-driven development workflows aligned with automation standards.
