Job summary

Hiya is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead full-funnel marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth across global enterprise and telecom segments. You will own strategy, execution, and measurement of paid, digital, and campaign operations to ensure every marketing dollar creates measurable impact.

You will connect channels, data, and insights to build a predictable demand engine that enables smarter investment, stronger alignment, and faster growth.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven success driving measurable pipeline and ARR through multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to translate data into strategy, and strategy into cross-functional action.
• Documented experience building AI tools to enable or augment demand workflows.
• Deep understanding of digital acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline strategy: Own the demand generation strategy to hit Hiya’s pipeline targets in focus regions.
• Campaign execution: Build and run integrated campaigns that combine paid media, content, and web experiences to create qualified pipeline across segments and regions.
• Target account lists and segmentation: Define and update target account lists, and build strategic segments for differentiated messaging and retargeting
• Performance optimization: Use data and experimentation to improve conversion rates, ROI, and marketing efficiency across the funnel.
• Testing & Experimentation: Maintain a dedicated test pool of channels and programs that are being evaluated for potential scale. Define time parameters and success metrics with clear guidelines for when to scale and when to cut.
• Attribution and reporting: Own Hiya’s ROI reporting, connecting spend to pipeline and revenue through clear, consistent reporting.
• Agency management: Partner with demand agency to optimize budget allocation, creative testing, and media performance.
