Job summary

SIGNiX Digital Signature & eNotary Technology is seeking a senior marketer to own end-to-end demand generation, from first touch to sales handoff. You will design, execute, and optimize campaigns, cultivate leads in regulated industries, and collaborate with partners to expand software adoption.

The role emphasizes building AI-powered SDR/BDR tooling, delivering qualified MQLs to sales, and creating collateral such as flyers, case studies, decks, and webpages. Independent work style is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or ABM marketing with ownership of demand generation or growth.
• Experience with regulated industries (finance, banking, legal, medical, etc).
• Hands-on HubSpot experience including lists, workflows, sequences, suppression logic, reporting.
• Comfort using AI agents and LLM-based tools as part of daily marketing and prospecting work.
• Creative skills to write and produce marketing materials like decks, flyers, emails, social posts.

Responsibilities

• Own SIGNiX's demand gen engine: strategy, execution, lead lifecycle management, attribution and reporting.
• Partner with sales to identify target accounts and produce collateral that helps close what you generate.
• Track and report MQLs delivered to sales against validation criteria.
• Use AI to surface target accounts, build lists, and support outbound at scale.
• Operate independently: build tooling and workflows at scale.
