LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Marketing Technology Manager, Demand Systems to define and build enterprise demand workflows across Talent Solutions, Sales Solutions, and Marketing Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in marketing technology or operations.
• 2+ years using AI-native tools (generative AI assistants, CLI tools, or enterprise AI platforms).
• 2+ years building AI-enabled workflows, agents, automations, or business solutions with low-code/no-code tools.
• 3+ years leading platform adoption and operationalization.
• 3+ years translating business needs into end-to-end workflows and scalable tech-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end discovery, design, build, and validation of high-priority AI-enabled demand workflows.
• Collaborate with demand-generation, GTM, marketers, sellers and operations to translate growth strategies into workflows.
• Design scalable end-to-end workflows with triggers, decisions, rules, handoffs, and governance requirements for enterprise operation.
• Use AI-native tools to build functional workflows, automations, reusable skills, and validated prototypes; hands-on Builder role.
• Define evaluations, thresholds, and learning plans; partner with Marketing Engineering to productionize validated solutions.
• Influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Data Science, Product, Legal, Privacy, and Trust to standardize reusable patterns and ownership.
• Maintain knowledge of foundational demand and lead-management systems; contribute to roadmaps and create enablement materials.
