Howden Group is seeking a Business Analyst to lead AI-driven transformation across its new US Retail insurance broking business. The role bridges business, data, and tech teams to design, prioritise, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will articulate AI opportunities, conduct feasibility and value assessments, and ensure alignment with governance and data protection standards. Remote with some travel responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role within a US insurance broker, carrier, or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end US retail broking processes (placement, invoicing, certificates, accounting, settlement).
• Experience on large-scale business transformation programmes in insurance.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions and high-quality analysis deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops, interviews, and prototyping sessions to elicit and refine requirements.
• Analyze across US retail broking business domains and evaluate AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with technology/providers to shape AI-enabled capabilities.
• Produce user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, wireframes, flows, and capability models.
• Prioritize requirements with stakeholders and product owners.
• Communicate clearly to project teams and leadership.
• Support GenAI experimentation including prompt design and workflow modelling.
• Establish frameworks for evaluating AI initiatives and value realization.
