Job summary

Cadent is seeking a Delivery Lead to improve delivery execution across Product and Engineering using modern Agile practices and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Delivery leadership to reduce risk and increase predictability while advancing AI adoption across the software delivery lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in Agile delivery leadership, proven ability to influence without authority, and strong facilitation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Program Management, Release Train Engineering, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile software development teams in a complex cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
• Experience introducing or enabling AI-assisted software delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using delivery metrics to improve execution.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Execution: Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to improve execution across multiple teams.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Surface delivery issues early and facilitate resolution.
• Delivery Intelligence: Analyze delivery metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• AI-Enabled Delivery: Identify opportunities to improve software delivery through AI-assisted workflows.
• Agile & Delivery Coaching: Coach teams on effective Agile and Lean delivery practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and learning.
