Qualifications

8+ years delivering software or technology projects.
Strong Agile software delivery understanding.
Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to identify delivery risk early and take decisive action.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for software development or productivity.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, quality, dependencies, and customer commitments.
Translate business objectives into milestones, ownership, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Keep teams focused on outcomes rather than activity and status reporting.
Introduce practical AI-assisted practices across planning, requirements, estimation, development, testing, documentation, and project reporting.
Identify delivery risks early and define mitigation plans with ownership and closure.
Build high-performing, accountable cross-functional teams and coach project leads.
Partner with customers and leadership to communicate progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs with clarity.
