84.51° is seeking a Lead Agile Delivery to guide the Merchandising Capabilities portfolio, coordinating 4+ cross‑functional product, engineering, and data science teams for timely delivery.

You will establish agile practices, manage dependencies, plan roadmaps, and translate strategic priorities into actionable milestones, leveraging AI-enabled delivery to boost efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering software or data projects.
• Ability to adapt delivery frameworks for AI-adjacent environments.
• Early adoption of AI tooling in a professional setting.
• Operate across multiple teams with program-level alignment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• High emotional intelligence; influence without authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Enable delivery across 4+ cross-functional teams.
• Coach Agile practices to improve flow and outcomes.
• Create visibility into delivery health and progress.
• Drive cross-team alignment and manage dependencies.
• Support annual and quarterly planning, OKRs, and portfolio execution.
• Translate priorities into executable plans and milestones.
• Maintain portfolio artifacts like roadmaps and logs.
• Monitor progress and surface risks and tradeoffs.
• Serve as operating partner to leadership and turn decisions into action.
• Improve organizational effectiveness with data-driven insights and AI-enabled practices.
