ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager for Data & Analytics Strategic Operations to drive cross-functional priorities at scale across Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

You will lead executive steering committees, establish key metrics, analyze trends, and apply AI to improve governance and risk management. This role offers flexible or remote work arrangements.

Competenze

• 10+ years in technical program management or 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one Tech/Consulting firms.
• Enterprise software/SaaS domain expertise; ability to understand complex technology problems.
• Proven collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal and other GTM teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex concepts to executives.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Teams.
• Coordinate Data and Analytics Executive SteerCos; define and set agenda with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish and report key product and business metrics to drive executive decisions.
• Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights.
• Collaborate on Quarterly Product Reviews, PRRs and annual strategy sessions.
• Use AI to enhance program efficiency, decision-making, communication, and risk management.
• Define and execute go-to-market readiness plans for Data and Analytics products.
