Job summary

RampRamp builds software that moves real money, from payments to accounting integrations. As a CX Associate, you will spot where customers are stuck and drive issues to resolution, learning the product deeply to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, and reconciliations.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships, triaging, investigating, and making high-signal judgments. You’ll use AI tools to shape CX and automate improvements, working with a strong customer

Qualifications

• Analyze customer issues beyond the surface to prevent recurrence.
• Ability to reason about cross-product interactions (payments, cards, accounting).
• Experience with AI-assisted support and workflow tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of customer support, engaging via live calls, email, and chat.
• Diagnose issues across a broad product surface including payments and bank integrations.
• Own escalations end-to-end across risk, product, and engineering.
• Help build AI-powered CX tools and provide feedback on tool evolution.
• Improve processes and create SOPs to prevent repeat issues.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers about status and next steps.
