Job summary

Ramp is building the software that moves real money across payments, cards, travel, and accounting integrations. As a CX Associate, you’ll own escalations end-to-end, troubleshoot across product surfaces, and partner with Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to deliver fast, high-quality resolutions.

You’ll use AI-powered research tools and Glass daily, shaping workflows and automations while maintaining a customer-obsessed approach and clear communication with customers and internal

Qualifications

• Systems thinker who prevents recurrence.
• Active use of AI tools (Claude, Notion AI) in real work.
• Fast-moving with high execution bar.
• Understand how APIs, bank integrations and accounting software connect.
• Manage multiple priorities across teams without dropping work.
• Explain issues clearly and concisely to finance leaders.
• Comfortable on the phone and in client interactions.
• Track record of exceeding CSAT, QA and speed metrics.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support and engage with customers via live calls, email, and chat.
• Diagnose across a broad product surface (payments, cards, travel, integrations).
• Own escalations end-to-end across risk, engineering, product, and partnerships.
• Build and shape AI tools, not just use them (AI-enabled CX).
• Fix process gaps by implementing SOPs, knowledge-base edits, and automations.
• Communicate with precision and empathy, avoiding jargon.
