Job summary

Ramp builds software that moves real money across bill payments, corporate cards, reimbursements, and accounting integrations. As a CX Associate, you’ll be the voice of Ramp’s support, diagnosing issues across a broad product surface and collaborating with Engineering, Risk, and Product to resolve complex problems.

You’ll triage, investigate, and apply high-signal judgment with a customer-obsessed mindset. Expect fast-paced work, AI-assisted tooling, and opportunities to grow within the CX

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to improve CX workflows and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly with financially sophisticated customers.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to diagnose across product areas.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support and engage with customers via live calls, email, and chat.
• Diagnose across a broad product surface including payments, cards, travel, and accounting integrations.
• Own escalations end-to-end, route across teams, and ensure timely resolution.
