Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Customer Experience Associate for evenings to support customers remotely from anywhere in the US. You will diagnose issues across payments, bank linking, and accounting integrations, guiding customers with precision and empathy.

You’ll work with product, engineering, risk, and partnerships to resolve complex issues and improve CX processes. You’ll leverage AI-powered tools to research and resolve tickets, build automations, and contribute to knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proven experience in customer support or CX roles for tech/fintech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support across calls, email, and chat.
• Diagnose issues across payments, bank linking, and accounting integrations.
• Own escalations end-to-end and coordinate across teams when needed.
