Job summary

RampRamp is building systems that move real money, from bill payments to reimbursements and accounting integrations. As a CX Associate, you’ll engage customers across calls, email, and chat, diagnose across a broad product surface, and own escalations end-to-end.

You’ll leverage AI tools to improve CX and automate workflows, while maintaining clear, empathetic communication. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where speed, accuracy, and thoroughness matter, with opportunities to shape tools

Qualifications

• You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done.
• You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution.
• You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the company's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
• Diagnose across a broad product surface. the company isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more.
• Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle.
• Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. You'll provide feedback on how tools evolve and play an active role in their development.
• Ship improvements, not just flag them. You fix process gaps, SOPs, or knowledge base articles and roll up your sleeves to implement changes with AI.
• Communicate with precision and empathy. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect.
