Mixpanel in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Product Manager to guide the product strategy, align engineering and design, and ship new capabilities that matter to customers.

You will conduct user research, synthesize data and qualitative signals, define success metrics, and tell compelling stories of impact. The role includes equity consideration and comprehensive health benefits, plus a strong emphasis on experimentation and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on product management experience.
• Experience doing user research and testing product hypotheses.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals for clarity on what to build.
• Track record of developing, articulating, and executing product strategies.
• Experience using AI tools in PM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and direction for your product area using customer insights and Mixpanel data.
• Align engineering and design teams on the right problems with clear communication.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to experiment and ship new capabilities.
• Tell a compelling story of shipped work, starting from the customer problem and value.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across bets balancing impact, value, and capacity.
• Define and track metrics to assess success and adjust if needed.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support on a shared roadmap.
• Stay close to market and competitive landscape to inform investments.
• Shape the product function and its interfaces with other teams over time.
