Job summary

Genesys is hiring for the Self Service and AI team to design, develop and test customized AI-powered bot solutions across Genesys platforms. You will work with Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex and other tools to deliver end-to-end customer experiences. The role requires strong consulting, architecture and agile delivery skills.

You will collaborate with product owners, scrum teams and regional managers to drive success and knowledge transfer at engagement close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience with commercial Digital CCaaS apps, routing, bots and related tech.
• 6+ years with digital bots on Google Dialogflow / Amazon Lex; webhook/fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic project initiatives.
• Design digital bot flows with best practices and awareness of product nuances.
• Develop and maintain routing applications for Digital Virtual Agents and Digital Agentic Virtual Agents.
• Create accurate development effort estimates with team manager or project managers.
• Lead the SS&AI team delivery with Product owner and Scrum master.
• Present and demonstrate proposed digital bot solutions and transfer knowledge at engagement end.
