Fello is seeking a customer success professional to drive value across a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. You will leverage platform analytics to demonstrate ROI, troubleshoot issues, and partner with Product and Engineering to optimize AI-powered workflows.

• Drive customer value and retention by maximizing product adoption and long-term success.
• Demonstrate measurable customer success using platform analytics and performance data.
• Act as a technical, solution-focused partner, troubleshoot platform issues, and work with engineering as needed.
• Optimize AI-powered workflows by leveraging Fello’s capabilities and automations.
• Provide strategic guidance and coaching based on customer operations and workflow analyses.
• Monitor adoption and engagement trends to identify risks and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and other teams to address customer needs.
