Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to prompt AI and integrate AI into workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about product and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Use AI to accelerate responses, summarize threads, and create reusable answers.
• Onboard new customers with configuration and first-value guidance.
• Deliver product training and create training materials.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design.
• Manage customer-facing projects end to end and communicate status.
• Monitor customer health signals and flag renewal risks.
