You will lead Technical Adoption Plans, run alignment workshops, and collaborate with CSMs, Account Teams, Sales, and Partners to ensure renewals and successful implementations. Ongoing learning of Cisco technologies and industry trends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience.
• CCNP or equivalent certification is encouraged.
• Strong communication skills for workshops and advisory relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead TAPs and Technical Adoption Plans aligned with customer goals.
• Facilitate alignment workshops to drive onboarding and renewals.
• Gather operational insights and apply AI-driven recommendations.
• Apply telemetry and AI insights to supervise adoption and inform engagement.
• Deliver 1:many technical enablement sessions across products.
